Tournaments - What happens to my Buy-in if a tournament is cancelled mid-tournament?

When a Poker tournament needs to be cancelled because of a server crash or unscheduled downtime, we will refund the players as follows:

• Players already eliminated from the event before the unscheduled cancellation will not receive a refund 

All players who are live in the event at the time of the cancellation will be refunded according to our Tournament Cancellation & Refund Policy, details of this can be found in the related article below
