Troubleshooting - After updating the software, my anti-virus program states that it has found a Trojan. How can I resolve this?

For Windows, restart your computer and start your computer in Safe Mode.

Then access the Control Panel, and go to Add or Remove Programs, where you will be able to remove the programs affected with a Trojan horse.
