Troubleshooting - What is Error Code: 2503?


This error occurs because of a Windows problem. 

We would like to recommend the following:

  • Download a fresh installer from the website and re-install the client.
  1. Delete the client from Program Manager.
  2. Delete the {YourPokerBrand} folder ( C:\Users{YourWindowsLogin}\AppData\Local\{YourPokerBrand} )
  3. Reboot your computer.
  4. Run the installer
  • Re-install the client with permission
  1. Access the C:/ Windows folder
  2. Right-click on the Temp folder and click on Properties
  3. Go to Security tab
  4. Click Edit
  5. After selecting Users, click on Allow under Permissions for Users
  6. Click OK
  7. Re- install the client
