How to verify my account
As part of our compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding customer verification, we are obligated to confirm that our customers are over 18 and that no identity fraud is being committed.
You'll need to provide a digital photograph of the below documents.
- A Bank statement or Utility bill (name and address visible) The document must be issued within the last 3 months. Please, note that screenshots will not be accepted. Online documents must be provided in PDF and pictures of a paper document in JPEG.
- A Photo ID (passport or drivers licence). This document must be in date and not expired.
