What do I do when my player notes are missing?

Simply restart the poker client or your computer then log back in to your poker client. You should be able to see your player notes back to normal after completing these solutions. If the problem still persists after running these solutions, send us an email to support@ggpoker.com with the following information


  1. Username

  2. Time of occurrence

  3. Screenshot of Network Status Test result
