Customer Support - I have received an email saying I've been issued a free ticket - what is the catch?

From time to time our marketing team may send emails to players with a free ticket offer.

Please read the terms and conditions of the email carefully.

The email will always state which event the ticket can be used in.

Generally speaking the ticket will be for one specific event/satellite and if the ticket is not used in time the ticket will expire.

Tickets issued by email by our marketing team cannot be exchanged for other tickets or T$ in the event they cannot be used or become expired.
