My withdrawal states TBD - what does this mean?

Please be advised that we operate with a closed-loop policy on deposits and withdrawals. Where possible, customers must withdraw funds to the originating deposit method/account.

When multiple deposit methods are used, funds are withdrawn to the originating deposit methods in a proportional manner. Our system calculates and divides the transactions accordingly and cannot be circumvented.

Additionally, due to fraud and money laundering considerations, we do not share the precise logic by which amounts may be allocated.
