My credit/debit card was charged but I can’t see money on my account.

Please note that in most cases deposit transactions made via debit/credit cards are instant and credited within 15 minutes or less upon creation. However, if certain items such as the entered amount, name, and other payment details fail to align there are assumed delays in this regard and may take up to 24 hours for a status update. 

However, if your deposit is unsuccessful, money will be refunded to the debit/credit card you used for the transaction within the next 15 business days. We recommend that you contact your bank or financial institution should you require additional information on the failed transaction. If after 15 business days you don't receive the refund on your debit/credit card, please send an email to [email protected] and attach a copy of your bank statement for further investigation.
