My deposit was unsuccessful due to 3D Authentication error (Card)

Please note that your deposit transaction may fail due to 3D authentication error. This error could be caused by different reasons:

  1. Pop-up blocker is currently active in your web browser and prevents the 3D Secure page from opening. Please make sure to disable any pop-up blocker in your web browser in order to successfully complete the 3D authentication process.
  2. Your financial institution or card issuer may send you an SMS in order to complete 3D authentication. Make sure your sms service is active and that you use the same phone number registered for your card to complete the 3D authentication request successfully. 
  3. Make sure that your card issuer or financial institution supports 3D authentication for your card.
