Staking - Can GGPoker act as an arbitrator in a staking dispute?

Staking arrangements involve a private agreement between backers and sellers, allowing backers to invest in a player's performance in exchange for a share of the winnings.

GGPoker provides a platform for such arrangements, facilitating secure transactions and ensuring automatic distribution of funds once the staking agreement concludes.

GGPoker does not profit from staking, nor do we take any commission as part of the process. Any disagreements or disputes arising from staking agreements must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

All staking transactions are 'caveat emptor' or 'buyer beware.' we urge potential stakers to conduct due diligence before purchasing from players who may not be known personally to them as we cannot act as an arbitrator should a dispute arise.
