Platinum Fish Buffet - I am currently Platinum Fish - I want to become Platinum Octopus - how can I do this?

It is not possible to climb directly.

In this situation, you must leave Platinum, return to the Fish Buffet and start from Bronze Shrimp, complete all levels up to Bronze Whale 3. At Bronze Whale 3, you can then switch to Platinum Octopus.
