Fish Buffet - How do I switch from Fish Buffet to Platinum Fish Buffet?

From the Home Screen click on your Fish Buffet rank (located on the right sidebar just above the date and time clock
Switch from the Fish Buffet tab to the Platinum tab
Then click on switch to Platinum
Click OK if you wish to proceed
