Fish Buffet - Can I switch from Fish Buffet to Platinum Fish Buffet?

Yes, players can decide to move from Fish Buffet to Platinum.
In order to do so players must be Bronze Shrimp or higher to make the switch.
That means that players Goldfish or below cannot switch to Platinum.
