Snapcam - FAQ & Summary

What Is Snapcam?
Snapcam is a table feature which allows players to make short video clips of themselves and send them via video streaming to other players at the same table.

How do I use Snapcam?
Next to your avatar, you will see a small camera icon. Click this, and enable your webcam. You are ready to record and broadcast

When seated, how many players can utilize Snapcam simultaneously?
4 players can use their Snapcam simultaneously. If yours isn’t immediately showing, this is likely the reason. Wait until another player closes theirs and try again.

Can I use Snapcam as an observer at a table?
No, Snapcam can only be used by players who are active in the game

Is Snapcam available on mobile?
No, Snapcam is exclusive to PC/desktop devices, although this may change with future releases.

Is Snapcam configured for both tournaments and cash games?
Yes, Snapcam is available in tournaments and cash games, for players using a PC/Laptop

Can I block other players' Snapcam broadcasts?
Yes, there are two ways of doing this.

To block all players, you can switch on the Mute Helmet

To block an individual player, you can do this on the players' profile page.

What is the maximum Snapcam clip length?
Snapcams can be a maximum of 15 seconds long.

Does Snapcam keep recording when I switch tables?

Snapcam closes when switching tables. Your current clip will be lost.

Can my access to Snapcam be removed?
GGPoker’s security department reserves the right to remove Snapcam access in light of reports citing abuse, misuse or broadcast of offensive content.

Snapcam - Where can I report players abusing Snapcam?

If you’re having problems or have seen something offensive, please let us know via  [email protected] with as much information as possible.

  • Time & Date
  • Table location
  • Player Nickname
  • If you can capture a screengrab or video clip, please include this also.


Snapcam - Terms and Conditions

  • The broadcast of offensive content, such as racist or sexist content or images, is not permitted, nor can players use SnapCam to harass others. If you witness a player broadcasting such content, please contact [email protected] to make a report. 
  • Players found misusing SnapCam will lose access to the feature and GGPoker may take further measures if deemed necessary.
