A 'day' is considered to be 00:00 to 23:59 Pacific Time (GMT-8), which is 08:00 to 07:59 UTC.

Does my account need to be verified to receive a Daily Freebie?

Yes, you must have completed at least basic verification, ideally, you should complete full verification by submitting proof of identity and address documents via the poker client.

How long does my Daily Freebie take to arrive in my account?

Please allow 30 mins for it to arrive. At busy times eg the start of a new day or if the website comes back online after scheduled maintenance, there may be a delay as there is a surge of people trying to claim simultaneously.

How long have I got to use my Daily Freebie ticket?

All freebies will expire 24 hours after they have been credited. Expired tickets cannot be replaced.

Can I transfer my Daily Freebie ticket to another player?

No, tickets are non-transferable

Myself and someone else in my household both have GGPoker accounts, can we both get a Daily Freebie?

No. Only one freebie per person, per IP address, household or device is permitted each day.

I'm trying to claim my Daily Freebie and it says it has already been claimed, why is this?

There are multiple possible reasons for this

You may have already claimed your freebie for this day
Someone else in your household has claimed already today
Someone else who you share a device with has claimed already today
A claim has already been made from the IP Address you are using

It says I cannot claim, but it's not me who has claimed. Can I manually get a ticket?
No, The terms of the promotion are clear and no exceptions will be made.

I cannot find where to claim the Daily Freebie on the GGPoker client?
At the bottom right, you will see a box marked 'My Promo' Click this then 'Daily Freebie' and follow the claim instructions

There is nowhere to claim the Daily Freebie on the GGPoker Client, why is this?

I get an error why claiming the Daily Freebie - who can help?

Can I exchange my Daily Freebie ticket for cash or another ticket?

Daily freebie tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, T$, C$ or other tickets. Nor can they be transferred between players

Players must be aged 18 and above to participate in this promotion.
This promotion began on June 14th 2021.
Only one reward per person, per IP address, household and/or per device is permitted.
A player must submit correct Proof of Address and Proof of Identity KYC documents via Cashier > My Info to qualify for a free reward.
A player must log into their GGPoker account during a 24-hour day to qualify for a free reward and then claim the reward via the My Promo section of the GGPoker app.
Days are based on Pacific Time (PT zone). A day starts at 00:00 and ends at 23:59 (UTC-8)
All free tickets awarded as part of this promotion will expire within 24 hours of the award.
No compensation will be paid if rewards are not awarded or unused/expired rewards and no exchange or transfer of rewards is possible.
If any players fall under suspicion of fraudulent activity, GGPoker has the right to investigate and remove the players once it's confirmed.
The promotion terms and conditions are subject to the site's terms and conditions.
GGPoker reserves the right to modify or suspend the promotion at any time.
