The qualifying hand is the best straight flush that is available using both your hole cards,
For example, if you hold the 4h 5h and the board comes 6h 7h 8h 9h, although you have made a nine high straight flush, but you are only using one of your hole cards, the 4h is not used here. Therefore this is not eligible for an All In Or Fold Jackpot payment
