Payment Service & (not credited) Transaction Confirmation

If you come across a deposit/withdrawal transaction that has not been credited, please send an email to with the following details:

1. Amount
2. Date
3. Payment Method used
4. Screenshot of
A. The (successful) payment transaction from your payment wallet/account
B. The payment transaction from your cashier page's transaction history tab

It is important to note that there are assumed delays with the feedback/response time from the payment service depending on the on-request date/time. 

Cashier support will update you as soon as the feedback has been received, however, this may take 24 - 48 business hours or more during the weekend.
