What requirements are needed to send a cashier email?

You may always send a cashier query at your convenience.

Please ensure that you are sending us the email with the same email address registered to your GGPoker account. 

If the email used for your cashier query does not correspond to the one registered to your GGPoker account, you will be requested to send an email once again with the correct (registered) one - thus, delaying the process.

Providing screenshots of the issue you are experiencing may help expedite the resolution process.
