Cashier - Deposits - Deposit is Missing

All transactions are instant and credited within 15 minutes or less upon creation.

However, if certain items such as the entered amount, name, and other payment details fail to line up there are assumed delays in this regard and may take up to 24 hours for a status update. 

Should you fail to receive your transaction even after 24 hours have elapsed, please contact [email protected] with a screenshot confirming this transaction from your payment service app/account.

This information is needed to verify your case with the payment service in order to retrieve your transaction and credit your account IF the funds have been taken.
