Cashier - Deposits - Declined deposit reasons (Card)

There are several possible reasons for a declined card deposit, however, we have listed the most common reasons (generally).

1. Invalid/incorrect payment information - Check your card/payment details once again.
2. Insufficient balance - Check your balance with your financial institution and try once again.
3. Card not permitted by a financial institution - Check with your financial institution if your card is compatible or if they accept online gaming transactions (code: 7995). 

If otherwise, you may always opt to select an alternative payment method listed on the cashier page's deposit tab.
