Unfortunately, some cards might not work with our withdrawal service because of how the system works. To successfully withdraw funds, your card needs to have a special program called "CFT eligible", which is not universal across all banks and card providers.
If your transaction doesn't go through, don't worry! We'll help you process your request through another payment method. But first, you'll need to make a small deposit with the payment method you want to use. This deposit will create a record and ensure everything is set up correctly.
