Why haven't I received my Interac withdrawal yet?

Once the withdrawal transaction has been approved from our side, it will take 1 - 3 business days as per Gigadat's policy to be processed. 

You will receive a text message (security password) to your mobile phone number and an email. 

Note: The withdrawal process is handled by Gigadat, thus, you will receive the text and email from their side.

Once you receive the email confirmation, you will see that it will request you to deposit the funds that have been sent to you.

From this point, select your financial institution and you will be redirected to depositing the funds.  
However, you must enter the password (sent via mobile), to finalize the transaction.
