Rush & Cash - What happens if the Big Blind folds before it's their turn to act?

• If all players fold, the Big Blind wins the pot regardless of whether they have already selected to fold.
• If any players before the Big Blind call or raise and the Big Blind has already selected to fold, the hand will be folded. The caller/raiser will win the pot.
