I wish to close my account immediately but GGPoker are not responding, HELP

Say it’s late Sunday night, you wish to activate a suspension period effective immediately but there’s no agents around to process your request.

Although GGPoker help actively states that all such requests can take up to 24 hours to process, agent input is not required when suspending your account.

To do so, open the app, navigate to GGPoker’s cashier, select RESPONSIBLE GAMING, from where you’ll select a preferred exclusion date range and confirm the details.

If you have selected or requested a suspension period, this does not reopen automatically once you surpass the concluding date.
