Early Bird Benefit - Bubble Protection - I finished on the bubble in an eligible tournament but have not received my payment. What’s going wrong?
To get a buy-in refund the following criteria must be met
- Register for the event before the start time
- Use Cash or T$ to buy in (Satellite entries and Ticket entries do not qualify)
- Finish in one of the bubble positions
- There were more than 10 players in the event
