Community - I submitted a competition entry but did not win a ticket, am I eligible?

Before mailing to help to claim an outstanding, please ensure you re-read the accompanying post and its entry/victory mechanics.

If the competition outlines that all entrants will win a prize, please let us know.

However, many events stipulate that only a portion of entrants can win prize, or that winners will be tagged beneath the post. In such cases, please ensure you keep abreast of the results and, in the event of a disappointing result, don’t get disheartened and await the next comp later in the week!
