Customer Support - I used a sign-up code but didn’t receive rewards/I need someone to confirm my affiliation

When an affiliate code is entered during registration to claim additional rewards, please ensure the following:

  1. The reward mechanic is first satisfied (typically account verification or a successfully processed deposit)
  2. You have allowed 24 hours to elapse, factoring those rewards which are bulk issued at the conclusion of each business day
