Poker Client - Can I use HUD/tracking software on another site while GGPoker tables are active

GGPoker strictly prohibits using auxiliary tools or services whilst using GGPoker software that may facilitate Prohibited Activities and Behaviors as set out in our Security & Ecology Policy (SEP) These include but are not limited to:

  • Tools or services that provide an unfair advantage over opponents, such as any form of real-time assistance (RTA), bots (fully or partially automated), solvers, charts, or third-party heads-up displays (HUD).
  • Tools or services that facilitate the accumulation of a hand history database and enable Mass Data Analysis (MDA), including Hand2Note, PokerTracker, or Holdem Manager.
  • Tools or services that aid in executing additional actions while accessing the client, such as seating scripts or automated note-taking tools.
  • Remote access tools that provide access to one’s machine or device, including TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ChromeRDP, and others.
  • Virtual machines or emulators that conceal one’s machine and device, including Oracle VM VirtualBox, VMware, Parallels, and others.
  • VPNs, Proxies, or any other tools that mask one’s location.
  • Scripts designed to bypass GGPoker’s intended user experience.
  • Tools or services designed to extract or mine game data from the GGPN.
  • Tools or services that enable control access to multiple devices, such as Mouse without Borders, ShareMouse, Synergy, and Input Director.

Potential Actions for Breaches

In the event of a breach, we will take appropriate actions to maintain the integrity of our platform as outlined in the SEP.
