  • Tournament / Cash Game Name
  • Date & Time the issue had occurred (including Time zone)
  • Screen / Video capture of the occurrence
  • Network Status Test results (for assistance on this test, click here)
  • Specification of Device (Windows / MAC / Android / iOS, OS ver., CPU, Ram)
