Error message "The app can’t run on your PC"

Try the following steps:

  1. Access the C:\Program Files (x86)\[YourBrandName]
  2. Right-click on the launcher.exe and click on Properties
  3. Go to Compatibility tab
  4. As seen below, check the box next to 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:'.
  5. Then press the drop-down menu, and select 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)'.
  6. Check the box next to 'Run this program as an administrator'.
  7. Click OK and run the client again
