Why Haven’t I Received my Withdrawal Yet?
Please be informed of the three transaction stages regarding your withdrawal request:
Stage 1: Once you have submitted your withdrawal request it will undergo an internal review and will be processed in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy within 24 to 72 hours.
Stage 2: Once the Withdrawal has been approved on our end, the transaction will be sent to the payment service provider for final authorization. At this stage, the withdrawal must be authorized for clearance by your Bank, Card Issuer or Financial Institution before becoming available in your source account.
Stage 3: Generally, the withdrawal transaction takes between 1 hour or up to 10 days to clear before it becomes available to you. In the event that the transaction fails to process, please contact us to further investigate the transaction.
