My Account - I moved to another country. How do I update the flag in my account?

In case you permanently moved to another country, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

- Please attach a new and valid proof of address that shows your new address

- Please state the country you moved to, together with the full address (including postal code and your full name) 

Depending on the region you moved to, 3 different scenarios might be applicable:

1. Upon reception of a valid proof of address, we can update your country flag

2. We will have to close your account and you will have to create a new account under a different jurisdiction

3. In case the country you moved to is not eligible for gameplay, meaning we do not operate in that specific region, your account will need to be closed
