My Account - KYC - What is the reason why my documents were rejected?

If you uploaded your proof of identity and proof of address through the application and your documents were rejected by our KYC team, you can see the reason for rejection in the small pop-up window. 

Please click on your avatar and then under 'My Page' on 'Verify ID'. 

You will find the uploaded documents there together with the processing status (approved, rejected, pending). 

When clicking on the button 'Rejected' you will find the reason why your document could not be accepted.
