Cashier - Where to Find the Reason for Rejected Withdrawal

In the event your withdrawal request was rejected, you can review the reasons by visiting the Transaction History section found on the Cashier page.

Once there, you’ll be able to toggle through the different Transaction History sections: Balance, C$, T$ and Ticket

You’ll be able to view your payment history on Deposits and Withdrawals by selecting the Balance section.

From the drop-down menu select the Withdrawal section. There you will find the Withdrawal transaction history. 

Once you have located the transaction in question, please hover over the word “Reason” to see the details for the rejected withdrawal
