Account Security - 2FA - What are my options for 2FA?

At present there are 4 options:

Off
2FA is not in use

Low
Receive login notifications upon suspicious login activity.

Medium
2FA verification required on suspicious login activity.

High
2FA verification required on every login.

Note: You must have either verified your email address or mobile number to use 2FA
